Investigation

If the company was not found during the search with suitable criteria, an investigation can be ordered via SkyMinder. In this case CRIF searches for information about the company on the basis of the given search criteria. An investigation can be completed successfully, so that a report is provided. Alternatively, an investigation can be terminated without results. Further information

Order an investigation​

The commissioning of an investigation is carried out through the following steps:

  • Click on Start SkyMinder Request
  • Enter the known search criteria about the company (the more information entered here, the better the result of the assignment )
  • Click on OK
  • Click on Order Investigation
  • A message appears: if you want to edit the search criteria click on Yes otherwise click on No.
  • After clicking on No a new message pops up. An investigantion can be started by pressing Yes.
  • Select a product
  • Click on OK
  • An empty report is opened as a sign that the investigation is in progress.

View commissioned Investigations​

To view commissioned Investigations, open the list Credit Solution Not Delivered Reports. A filter on Investigation shows all pending investigations. It should be mentioned that investigations work exactly like normal reports.
